Our Co is representing one of the biggest companies located in one of the most important ports in South america, Mar del Plata, which concentrates the catch brought by ships from the southernmost seas in the world whose waters are completely free of pollution.
The cold storage is made in a model plant of 1.600 square metres.
the Co. has equipment capable for generating a million frigoires per hour. All steps of processing are concentrated in the plant, thus guaranteeing coninoues freezing and eliminating an pollution hazard. This makes possible to strictly fullfill both the HACCP Int´l standards, which ensure the absence of specific risks and preventive measures of control.
The trademarks used are: "BUENAIRE PEZ" and "ALBICELESTEPEZ" with masters whose contents may vary according to the customers requirements.
