Application: for manufacture Al electrolythical capacitors
Notes: specification may be given against additional inquiry
5) Aluminum fin stock for finned heat-exchangers
Application: finned heat exchangers within air-conditioners,
refrigerators, automotive radiators
Alloys: series AA8***, AA1***, AA3***
Temper: O, H1*, H2* as stipulated by the customer
Coating: none (only bare material available)
Dimensions range: thickness 0.060 – 0.300 mm, width – up to 960 mm
General information
Core I.D. available (mm) : 34; 50 ; 55; 70; 152,4. Most prevalent – aluminium core I.D. 76,2 mm. For thick foils it may be permitted coreless winding.
Packing: seaworthy wooden boxes. Each roll is wrapped with several
layers of kraft-paper and polymer film, protected with both sides with
corrugated cardboard and tied up on a steel mandril. Moisture absorber
is put between the roll and wrapping.
Standard reference: the mill has been manufacturing products
according to EN standard. However, it is possible to consider
technical capability of producing materials conformed to other International
standards (such as DIN, AA etc.).
