(1) Using unique single drive technology, we can individually control the traverse motor, take up motor and the feeder motor of each position so that each position can be turned on and off at any time, its process parameter can be controlled and adjusted individually. 



(2) Single drive system allows individual production on each position. Different yarns can be produced on each position with different process parameters which can be set and adjusted freely. Winding length setting of each position can be made individually. The system has a function of automatic memory of all setting parameters during emergent power-off. 



(3) The air jet can be automatically turned on or off following the operation of each position. The compressed air valve before the air jet shuts off the air supply when the yarn bobbin reaches full package or in case of yarn break for easier doffing, repiecing and threading. With this function, air consumption can be obviously minimized.



(4) Draw ratio can be accurately controlled and stabilized through feeding polyurethane yarn with drive roller. 



(5) Accurate winding of biconical package with an advanced anti-patterning device and a taper device results in excellent package form and unwinding characteristics.

(6) Electronic control system is equipped with super functional digit-intelligent controller. All motors are controlled by frequency inverter. Color displayed touch screen allows easier operation interface for the operator. Software of the digit-intelligent controller can make the operation of machine super function quite simple, easy and comfortable. 



(7) Electronic control system has super memory volume for saving process parameters. Setting, saving and searching of process parameters are very convenient. With high repeatability of various production processes, different process parameters can be quickly and easily adjusted and changed for production of different products.
