| | Key Customers / Clientele | | | Company Profile | Yanzhou City Feilong Motor Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996, which is a professional manufacturer and exporter of ATVs, Go kart, Dirt bike, Snowmobile and other vehicles for entertainment, sports and utility. The registered capital of the company is USD250, 000. And the total area is 20, 000M2. We have 110 employees at present, in which there are 10 senior technical experts engaging in research & development. In 2002 year, we acquired the importing and exporting license. We succeeded in passing ISO9001 International Quality System Certification in 2003 year. And always carry out Strict Quality Control for the whole process of production and management. At present, the annual capacity of the company is 15, 000 pcs of vehicles.
With the further development of the company, the series of products made the further improvement and perfection in the way of models, appearance. At present, the ATVs are ranged from 50cc, to 250cc. From the aspect of function, they include sport model and utility model. From the type, there is not only fit for children, but also for adults. And, our products gained three national patents in 2003, which are appearance design patent for 110cc ATV, shaft drive system for all models, and dynamic balance system of ATVs. The 300cc, 400cc and 650cc ATVs are in development. Furthermore, we are devoting ourselves to perfecting and improving the dirt bikes, go kart and snowmobile so that more and more models and designs are put into market and satisfied all of the customers.
At present, the main market of the company is North American, Middle and South American, Australia, Southeast Asia, some countries of Europe. At the same time, we have established the long term cooperative relationship with some big dealers on the basis of mutual benefit, which lets us own steady clients. The annual turnover of 2004 year is about USD2, 800, 000. The most competitive price, dependable products quality, favorable business credit standing is the main advantage knowing from other company. And we do our best to develop some international new products and exploit the new market together with the dealers who would like to cooperate with us.
