Alumisr Co. is a leader extruder of Aluminium profiles, tubes and
standard sections in Egypt.
It was established in 1977, Joint venture with Reynolds U.S.A
Over an area of 50 000 m2 in Wadi Houf South of Cairo.

* PRODUCTION RANGE :
Alloys : - 6005 , 6060 , 6061 , 6063 , 6082 & 6364 according
to American standard ( ANSI ).
- Equivalent to ( Al Mg Si 0.5 - 1 ) up to F-32 according
to German DIN Standard.
- Pure Aluminium 1050,1070 & 1100.
- Temper conditions T4, T5, T6.

Dimensions: Maximum diagonal is 180mm, minimum thickness is
1.2mm - according to ANSI standards and DIN standards
other specifications than this standards must be discussing.
* COLOUR RANGE :
- Natural anodized : Aluminium matt, polished, and satinized
- Electro-coloured : Bronze Colours ( Light, Medium & Dark ).
- Electrostatic powder coating colouring, is available according to international RAL Standard) - 60 : 80 microns thickness.
- Fluro-carbon colouring system PVDF.
- Powder coating line is a high degree of performance and durability against weather and exterior conditions.
* ANODIZING RANGE :
- Class 1 : For natural colour products, the normal anodizing thickness
(12-15) microns - for normal architectural usage.
- Class 2 : For other special usage and colours the normal thickness
(15-18) microns.
The maximum thickness of anodizing can reach up to 25 Microns for
special orders.

ALUMISR has a license for producing Syma profiles for the systems of Exhibitions, Shop furniture, Space frames & Other applications .
The license covers : Egypt , Libya , Yemen , Iraq , Kenya ,Gambia, Senegal & Ghana.
* EUROSPACE ENGINEERING SA - Belgium.
ALUMISR has an agreement for producing aluminium profiles of
Euro Space Engineering ( Skylight Systems .)
