ALPHAWINS INTERNATIONAL bought a Titanium Nickel Works plant in chennai was onset with well equipped latest facilities and qualified engineeries to offer quality, economy on time delivery of equipments such as heat exchanges, pressure vessels, coolers heating coil/cooling coil, Anodes for Caustic / Chlorate, Platinised Titanium Anode, Titanium Targets, Impellers, Sleeves, Baskets, Tanks, Lined Vessels, Pipe line elbows & Tee and other equipments specified as per clients drawing.

The above items are fabricated from Titanium, Nickel, Hastelloy, Zirconium, Monel, Inconel, Tantalum etc., and other precious as well as exotic metals.

The personnel at the helm of affairs of the organisation have got 15 years of experience, having worked in Senior Executive Position in a Premier Industry engaged in the manufacturing of the mentioned equipment for past 20 years.

Based on Clients' basic data, design calculation, general arrangement, manufacturing drawings and QAP are prepared and presented for approval. Major products are designed and manufactured to International codes like ASME, BS, DIN, API and ISO or, by mutual agreement, to any specification the client desires. The clients can be certain that they will benefit from our experiences . The lining of of Carbon Steel Reactors, Tanks & Vessels with the above Metals, either as new Equipment or as a refurbishment exercise, is also undertaken.
